Tuesday–Friday: box office and customer service by phone and email from 12 noon to 6 p.m.

The box office is closed for the summer from Friday 5 June 2026 until Monday 10 August 2026.
We will be reading emails sent to the email adress biljetter@svenskateatern.fi until 17 June 2026. You can also send us an email during the summer. We will start answering incoming messages at the beginning of August.

The box office reopens on Tuesday, 11 August 2026.
